Meet at 4:45pm in the parking lot by High Point Trailhead ready to run. After introductions and quick discussion, plan to start running by 4:55pm. Discover Pass required. Outhouse near parking lot.

Directions: From I-90, a few miles east of Issaquah, take Exit 20 for High Point and turn south on 270th Ave SE. Just a few yards south of I-90, turn right onto SE 79th St and continue on west. The pavement ends in 0.4 miles, and go through gate to parking lot.

This is a casual, low elevation double loop in the Tiger Mountain lowlands: 1st loop around the outer Bus Trail (where there is an old rusty bus on its side), 2nd loop around Tradition Lake - 4.6 miles, 736 feet elevation gain. We will generally jog at 4.5 mph, although somewhat slower on the few hills on this route. Please be sure to bring a headlamp!
