This session will focus on reviewing winter skills and putting the classroom sessions into practice. Things that will be covered Saturday

  • Avalanche rescue - multiple subjects
  • Anchor Building
  • Belaying
  • Steep Snow Climbing
  • Emergency Shelters
  • Building camps

After staying out overnight, on Sunday, we attempt to climb Lane Peak via the Fly

All travel locations subject to weather and avalanche hazards. Leader may shift location to site of their choice if conditions on Lane are not favaorable
