Backpacking Building Blocks Student-Only Backpack - Ingalls Creek

This field trip will give B3 students the opportunity to try out gear and new skills on an easy overnight backpack with an experienced mentor. Priority registration will be given to Becca and Jason's Mentor Group. Other students may request leaders permission as space allows. Please see Leader's Notes.

MEETING PLACEIngalls Creek Trailhead

TIME: Please arrive by 8:30 am at the Trailhead ready with boots on the trail at 9am.

This will be  moderate backpack with the option to day hike after we set up camp.  We will backpack approximately 4-5 miles to the group site and set up camp. Afterwards we will have time to go explore the area with optional day hikes.   We should be back at our cars  around noon on Jun 4.

This is an early season hike so we might run into early season trail conditions such as down trees, etc.

REQUESTING LEADERS PERMISSION:

Please include dates and locations of your last 3 hikes/backpacking trips.  B3 students can request leaders permission starting May 15.
