Meet in Goodman A in the Seattle Program Center at 630PM to set up your food samples (the door will be open and tables set up by 6PM if you want to come earlier).   The clinic will begin as soon as everyone is set up, and will end at 8:30PM.  Come hungry!  We'll coordinate so that we have representative breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner options.

This is an opportunity to  try out and get feedback on your menu plans based on the  tools and concepts  you learned in the seminar,  to get some new backpack food ideas, to share some of your favorite freeze-dried meal brands and your favorite trail-breakfast, lunch and dinner staples, and try many different options from your fellow backpackers!    It is NOT required to graduate, and is aimed at B3 students who have a particular interest in expanding their backpacking menu options beyond what was taught in the B3 Basics Lectures and Demo Day.
