We will hike a seven-ish mile loop with approximately 1,300 feet of elevation gain. We expect that we will travel loosely as a group, with an average pace of 1.75-2.0mph. Slower going up and a bit faster on the flats. We will stop at all intersections and for snack breaks, as needed. We are not planning a lunch break on the trail. Instead, we will have an optional late lunch in Bow Edison. More information in the hello hiker.  The trail has a soft tread, very few roots and rocks. We will hike to a waterfall and then up to the ridge, where we will hike in a mossy, green laden forest.
