The Foothills Leadership Committee is committed to helping Mountaineer's members develop their outdoor leadership skills. We are working to offer new courses built around modern leadership best-practices in a highly accessible format including eLearning, seminars and workshops, and courses.
We are a new committee with a lot of work to do and we welcome everyone who is interested in contributing to this effort!
