Second intermediate glacier travel session focused on practicing additional crevasse rescue techniques.

7PM at the Mountaineers Kitsap Program Center - 1550 Rocky Point Road NW, Bremerton WA 98312.

Session two will focus on snow anchors and advanced crevasse rescue techniques. We will all set up the 3:1, 5:1, 6:1 and 9:1 systems. We will study forces on snow/ice anchors and ways to distribute forces on various anchors.
