Meet in parking lot for the Oak Creek Wildlife Area at 8:00 am.

Field trip to teach and practice climbing skills to prepare students to confidently lead single and multi-pitch trad climbs. We will work thru leading on single pitch trad and multi-pitch trad including anchor building, placement of trad protection, belaying a follow and swing leading.

Bring the protection you have, if any. You will have the opportunity to use available equipment to determine which types you want to purchase for yourself.  Only trad protection is used at Tieton.
