The plan:
- We'll start at the Lodge at 9 am on Saturday and run through 1 pm on Sunday. Some folks will arrive Friday night after dinner. You can leave early if you like.
- Fully vaccinated people are welcome to sleep in the dorms inside the Lodge. Please bring sleeping bags, head lamps, and overnight sundries.
-
Unvaccinated people, including children, are asked to camp in tents on the property -- we have lots of nice tent locations! Please bring your own tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, head lamps, and sundries.
-
Meals will be served inside the Lodge.
- Hot meals and food will be provided by Meany Lodge.
Families are welcome. We just ask that one adult in the family participates in the work party. The other adult can tend to the children. We often have fun jobs that 6 year-olds and up can do.
Please bring work gloves and eye protection (we have some available at the lodge, but the ones you bring may fit you better).
Meany Lodge will be practicing COVID-19 safety precautions, and we will update the plan as guidance from the state and counties change.
