COVID Mitigation Strategy
This year we’re limiting participation to 60 fully vaccinated guests with sign up for only the full weekend, Friday and Saturday nights. So don’t delay registering as the event is likely to fill up.
After you register for the weekend, please email a copy of your vaccination card to meanycovidvax@outlook.com. Please include the name you registered under and that you are attending Mushroom Weekend.
We will put your record into our Mushroom Weekend roster and have it available for cross referencing when you check in at the lodge. After the event, we will discard this information.
For questions, contact the Lodge Chair, Chuck Welter at chair@meanylodge.org.
