Cross-country/Randonnee Ski Trek and Lunch (M) - Meany Lodge

3 - 5 miles with 500 ft elevation gain in last mile (approx 2 - 4 hrs depending on route taken) in a guided trek to Meany Lodge. A hearty hot lunch will be served at 12:30 PM (make sure to note dietary restrictions when registering).

Meet  at 8:15 AM  in the Crystal Springs Sno-park on the left side..  

You will need a one day sno-park and Discover permits or an annual sno park pass with a groomed trails sticker.

When the group meets at 8:15 AM various possibilities of the route to the lodge will be discussed.   Depending upon the ability of  those in the group the route length and elevation gains may vary.

There is no avalanche danger on any of the routes. Bring a day pack with water, extra clothing, snacks , sunglasses and/or goggles (if you don't like snow in your eyes). Maps will be provided. Make sure to designate dietary restrictions when signing up.

Cross Country classic with fish scales or AT skis and skins ( backcountry gear) required (any ski with a free heel) and boots, poles .
