We will meet at 2:00 PM at the Tumwater Hill Park at 3115 Ridgeview Loop SW in Tumwater.  We will meet near the baseball fields along the roadside parking.  Look for cars with the back hatch opened toward the rear, left-hand side of the school parking lot.

We will transport saws and safety equipment to the trail system behind the baseball fiends. At the saw practice worksite we will review the required  Talegate Safety Checklist and our Crosscut Saw Logout Safety Checklist.   We will look at fallen trees to assess the proper safety requirements for bucking logs. We will buck one or more logs after securing the worksite and assessing the terrain and saw problems.  We will continue at the practice site until around 4:00 PM, clean and pack up the tools and document the impact on the site. Estimate time of completion is 4:30 PM
