ABOUT MINI MOUNTAINEERS
Mini Mountaineers is designed to get kiddos ages 5 and younger and an accompanying adult interacting with nature together. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, babysitters, friends...let us do the planning to get you and your little one outside together with fellow outdoorsy families!
We host two events a month, with each month focusing on a new nature theme plus a family hiking tip of the month:
- On the first Monday of each month, we will host a hands on nature-based activity at the Hands On Children Museum. After the class, you're welcome to stay and play in the museum.
- And on the third Wednesday of each month, we will meet together at a local park for a nature-outing. We will splash in creeks, play in sand, look for bugs, and build nature homes.
The days and times will sometimes vary due to holidays, so please check the date and time for each get together.
Join us for activities, crafts, and stories relating to each theme to make learning fun.
