Lets plan on meeting in the Little Si parking lot at 6:30, with the intention of getting on the trail by 7am.
This trip can be used to satisfy the fitness test for the Basic Alpine Course.
Do you need to get in shape for the upcoming climbing season and don't know where to start? Then this seminar is for you. Come and learn about what you need to do to get in shape for mountaineering and alpine climbing, how to build a training plan on limited time, how to incorporate weights into your training, how to fuel yourself during training and on the climb, as well what you can do to recover faster.

Micro spikes (or crampons).
Weight as you see fit.
For those wanting to use this trip as the fitness test, plan on bringing enough weight to cover 20% of your body weight.
