We will meet at the trailhead on SE 79th (just east of the Tiger Mountain entrance gate).  Be ready to leave at 5:00pm.  Sunset is at 4:36pm, so we will be travelling up and down in the dark.

We will be travelling in the dark, so a headlamp (or some other form of hands free light) with fresh batteries is required.

Micro spikes might be needed, but we will make this decision at the trail head.

This will be an all weather event.  Short of a monsoon, this trip will go.

Do you need to get in shape for the upcoming climbing season and don't know where to start? Then this seminar is for you. Come and learn about what you need to do to get in shape for mountaineering and alpine climbing, how to build a training plan on limited time, how to incorporate weights into your training, how to fuel yourself during training and on the climb, as well what you can do to recover faster.
