This clinic is the second in a sequence to help disciples of "Training for the New Alpinism" craft a training plan based on the principles outlined in the book. This book is a comprehensive guide to world-class training methods but not a formula. We will build a program tailored to meet each athlete's goals and objectives based on their current fitness level.
