The series includes:

  • Part 1: Designing a Personal Training Program (this one)
  • Part 2: Self-Evaluation Techniques and Movement Drills (on May 28)

About This Seminar (Part 1 of the Series)

This seminar, Part 1 of the series, will cover the optimal way to prepare for a multi-day backcountry trip, including training simulations, tapering, and how to incorporate all the supporting training elements.
