  • *Varies*

This hike is for those who are tired of hiking in the snow and rain. Warm sunny weather isn't guaranteed but is very likely. However there is a price to pay, Dusty Lake is located close to Quincy a 2.25 hour drive.

We'll meet at the Tibbetts Valley Park parking lot at 7:30, here. This lot is located across the street from the Issaquah Transit Center.

We'll need three cars if we have 10 participants.

Driving directions, here.

I expect we'll start hiking around 10:30. Finish around 3:00 should be back in Issaquah around 6:00. Unless we stop for dinner on the way back.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY EVENING PLANS SATURDAY NIGHT. There are no guarantees concerning on our return time.

Discover pass required.

Even in early April, it can be hot and sunny. There are no drinking (potable) water sources in the area. So, bring extra water.  I'll be carrying 2+ liters. Also, sun screen and sun hat are highly recommended.

You can find the Ancient Lakes weather on WTA in the "Before You Go" section, here
