December GoWalk! Urban Walks: 2 to 5 miles, 200 to 450 feet of elevation gain - Japanese Gulch

We’ll walk from the dog park on a trail through the lower gulch and continue to Puget Sound. We will explore a couple of beach areas, and the new ferry terminal with its Native American art. We end at the Mukilteo Lighthouse before returning to the dog park.

Meeting location:  Tails & Trails Dog Park, 1301 5th St, Mukilteo, WA

Meeting time: 9 am

The lower gulch trail can be muddy this time of year.  Hiking boots/sturdy shoes and poles are recommended for stability.  Gaitors may be helpful with the mud.

The route from the end of the lower gulch trail is paved.

L2 urban walks will be offered in December and will open for registration on the first  Friday,  November 1, at 12:00 pm. Participants are encouraged to register for a second urban walk Friday, November 8 at 12:00 pm
