October GoWalk! Pacing Urban Walks: 2 to 4 miles, 0 to 450 feet of elevation gain - Evans Creek Preserve

GoWalk! Pace Urban Walks are low-stress activities to help you determine where you are in terms of gear, the pace (1.5 - 2 mph) and distance you can complete comfortably, and what your season goals for conditioning and walking are, so that you can determine what level of walks and pace would be the best fit for you to sign up for - no pressure, no judgment!

Pacing hikes will be offered in October and will open for registration on September 15 at 12:00 pm. Register for only one pace walk. Pacing walks assist you in setting goals and action steps for your urban walking season and for achieving them. They also give you an opportunity to assess your gear and clothing options.
