Pace Urban Walks are low-stress activities to help you determine where you are in terms of gear, the pace (1.5 - 2 mph) and distance you can complete comfortably, and what your season goals for conditioning and walking are, so that you can determine what level of walks and pace would be the best fit for you to sign up for - no pressure, no judgment! Begin with 198 stairs and continue out of the park into the neighborhood along the sound to Kaya Kayu AC Park, then back to NW 197th St and up a gradual hill into the community to another park and the library, back to Saltwater Park and continue along the top bluff and back, down the hill to the beach for exploring, then back to the parking lot.

Restrooms at meeting place, Kaya Kayu Park, Library if after 11:00 AM, and at the beach.

Option for coffee or brunch at the Blackbird Cafe afterwards depending on what time we begin the walk.
