Seattle MAC Conditioning Hike - Wallace Falls

A conditioning hike to help prepare and train for backpack trips, longer backpack trips, glacier climbs, alpine rock climbs, etc.

We'll be hiking approximately 5.5 miles, 1300' elevation gain. As this is a conditioning hike, we'll maintain a steady MAC pace (average 2.5mph) and will aim for a brief stop or two along the trail for layer adjustment/water/party separation breaks. We will also take a short break at Wallace Falls for lunch/snacks.

Trailhead meeting time: 8:30am. **Note: this trailhead is approximately one hour from the Mountaineers Program Center.
