Seattle MAC Rappelling Workshop - Mountaineers Seattle Program Center

Along with belaying and knot tying, rappelling is one of the fundamental skills of climbing. This skill is a prerequisite for multi-pitch, glacier, and alpine rock climbing. This workshop has prerequisites, see leader's notes for details.

Mountaineers Program Center, 9am- 2pm

Make sure to arrive early so you can be ready and geared up by 9am

Prerequisites: All skills workshops so far including climbing 101 / lead climbing and anchors/cleaning routes. 

This skills workshop is a prerequisite for multi-pitch skills workshops and climbs, trad climbing, and glacier climbs.
