Summer Camp - Mount Rainier Camping

Join the Mountaineers for a 3 day camping adventure to Mt. Rainier. We will travel up to Mt. Rainier, camp out under it’s looming gaze and practice our outdoor skills.  This camp is open to kids ages 10-14 and includes transportation, food, and skills lessons up on the mountain. 

Campers arrive at the Seattle Program Center on Tuesday morning at 9am. We will triple check gear, pack up the cars, and hit the road. Once camp is all set up, we will have some time for adventuring before dinner. Our evening will be filled with campground games, stories, stargazing, and s'mores.

Wednesday is our big day! We will spend the day hiking and taking in the beautiful views and famous wildflowers. After our long day, we will make a hearty dinner and enjoy another campfire-side evening.

Thursday begins with a big breakfast, camp cleanup, and a short skills session or walk before we all hop back into the car and head back to Seattle.  Pick up will be at the Seattle Program Center Thursday afternoon.
