This is also a chance for current climb leaders to meet new prospective climb leaders and arrange some mentored leads for late summer/fall climbs. If you are not able to make this event but are interested in getting partnered with a Climb Leader for a mentored lead outing please email seattle-mountaineers-climbing-leadership-committee@googlegroups.com with the type of climb/route names you are interested in doing for a mentored lead and we will help connect you with a climb leader.

7:15-7:30- Structured Meet and Greet
7:30- 7:50 how to become a climb leader presentation-
7:50- 8:30 -- Q&A and then open to social time and clean up
