On Saturday, November 16th, we're holding a mandatory staff training to make sure everyone's ready to host and cook this coming season! There were a lot of updates done over the summer/fall at the lodge so want to refresh folks on the kitchen, commissary, opening/closing and cook to cook hand-off. Folks are welcome to stay over Saturday night.
