Glacier Lecture 3: Tonight’s lecture focuses on climbing hard snow and ice. The goal is to prepare you for your first experience climbing on steep hard snow and ice on Field trip 3, and the steeper hard ice found on the Lower Coleman Glacier on Field trip 4.
