The Tacoma Hiking and Backpacking Committee is excited to invite you to our Mt Baker Lodge Retreat! We have multiple hikes scheduled on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will also have a Saturday evening photography hike that you can sign up for in addition to your Saturday day hike. Hike during the day and relax in the evening at the lodge, getting to know fellow Mountaineers.
The course fee covers your stay at Baker Lodge Friday and Saturday night, as well as Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast.
Sleeping arrangements are bunk beds in shared dormitories. When you first arrive, please sign up for 1 or 2 chores. Chores vary from meal prep, setting the table, sweeping, etc. The lodge is run and operated by volunteers (this includes the cook).
Cancellations from the course will be charged a $10 Cancellation Fee.

This course has no scheduled activities.
Along with your hiking gear, bring lunch and snacks, a sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight or headlamp, towel and any other personal items. We do not have a washer and dryer so extra clothes are good.
