Meet at the Big Tree Ridge TH off Newport Way in Issaquah, ready to hike by 8 am. No Parking Pass required.

Join me in exploring the northeast corner of Cougar Mountain. We will meet at the Big Tree Ridge trailhead ready to hike by 8 am. This trailhead is on Newport Way just west of Issaquah. We will proceed up the trail to the Surprise Creek trail to the Harvey Manning trailhead, circle around the summit of Cougar Mountain, take the Coyote Creek trail around Klondike Marsh, and then head back to our start via the Clay Pit Road, Tibbett's Marsh, and Shangri La Trails.
