Trip initially open to Winter Hiking Series students. Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers 7 to 10 days prior to the hike date. Gateway Bridge, turn Right to follow Middle Fork Snoqualmie on Pratt River Connector to "Big Tree"

Fun long winter river ramble. Pratt River Connector trail is for the most part in great shape. As the trail leaves the river and climbs uphill toward "Big Tree" it does get a bit sloppy with brush and mud. A giant western hemlock is our lunch and turn around point.
