This is a new destination for me, I may or may not get to recon the area beforehand. However, I'm confident that with a little research & good planning, we'll have a safe, fun trip.
The general plan is ...
Day 1: we'll drive to the trailhead and hike the 1.6 miles to Trout Lake where we'll set up camp.
Day 2: we'll go on a day-hiking adventure (TBD) and return to camp at Trout Lake.
Day 3: we'll pack up, hike out & drive home, probably stopping somewhere along the way for tasty food.
More details will be sent closer to the trip. If you have questions beforehand feel free to reach out to Becky via email.
