Open Water Session - Lake Sammamish State Park

FOR RENTAL STUDENTS ONLY. Two days of on the water activities, learning basic kayak skills. Wet exits, rescues, and basic paddle strokes will be covered. Prepare to spend much of the day in the water. Kayaks, drysuits and all required gear will be provided by Kayak Academy. Please go to the REQUIRED EQUIPMENT tab for a link to their website.

Lake Sammamish State Park South Beach at Kayak Academy's facility. More information about time of meeting will be determined. Expect to spend all day both days until 4:30 on the water.

This paddle will be for students needing Kayak Rentals Only. Students must arrange with Kayak Academy ahead of the class for their rental. Costs are as follows:

Dry suit 2 day rental is $75 plus tax, Kayak 2 day rental $130 plus tax. Both kayak and dry suit $205 plus tax for both days. You must go to the required equipment tab and follow the link for Kayak Academy rental.
