Jill Nunemaker

Illustrator Jill Nunemaker was born and raised in the Northwest and has studied art since a very young age. She is an award-winning landscape designer and horticulturist focusing on the West Coast and has been a long-time advocate for both arts and environmental education in schools. She holds a degree in applied art and teaches art to 8–18 year-olds in the Edmonds and Shoreline School Districts in the Puget Sound area. Besides producing landscape illustrations and horticultural paintings that combine the whimsical with the realistic, Jill also works in a variety of media focusing on utilitarian arts such as furniture and dishes.
