Seattle Wilderness Navigation Instructor Training - FT Focus
If you'd like to instruct at the Navigation Field Trips, then this hands-on workshop will help prepare you with teaching techniques, tools, and tricks of the trade. New instructors are encouraged to attend, but it's not required. Experienced instructors are also welcome, especially if they haven't instructed in the new 3.0 format.
Backpacking Building Blocks Leader and Mentor Orientation
In this virtual planning meeting we will review the detailed plan for the 2021 course, the specific roles of mentors/assistant mentors and B3 trip leaders, and address any questions or concerns from the team. The first section of the evening will cover important information for any Mountaineers backpack leader who would like to lead backpacking trips for B3 students.
